Our real estate development framework encompasses a comprehensive approach, beginning with meticulous regional research. This extends to strategic land acquisition, the construction of industrial and commercial parks, and the subsequent park property management. Further strengthening our model is our commitment to business incubation, comprehensive business and community services, and a co-creation business paradigm that emphasizes social value. Taimoutain Business Park

Located at 4015 & 4019 Aronec Ave, Saskatoon, Tainmoutian Business Park is the first industry business community investment of Touchstone. This project started with industry zoning land purchase from Saskatoon government in 2012, followed by infrastructure and service offering alignment with the city, and detailed property design and construction. Taimoutian Business Park was completed in October 2017, with a construction area of ​​38,125 square feet and a floor area of ​​71,003 square feet. Local small and medium-sized enterprises have very welcomed this business park as its property design combined office and warehouse into a small suite well-accommodated needs of start-ups and SMEs. Touchstone is also the property management provider of the park while offering business incubation services to encourage local entrepreneurship continuously.

Langham
Sustainable EntrepreneursHIp Park

Located at 213 Service Road West (north of Highway 16), Langham Sustainable Entrepreneurship Park (LSEP) is Touchstone's first rural township business community investment project. This project started from a land purchase in 2020 and is estimated to accomplish construction in the summer 2024. LSEP aims to become a small-town commercial comprehensive park integrating commercial retail, community entertainment, convenient services, and a sustainable innovation hub. The vision is to cooperate with local development strategy, attract more entrepreneurs to invest in the town for the local community's economic prosperity and sustainable development, and make the town's life more lively.

Project V
for Rural Growth Node of Corman park

In 2014, guided by the Saskatoon North Growth Partnership (P4G) Master Plan, the municipalities of Corman Park, Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville, and Osler began developing a long-term vision and strategy for rural and urban land use, services, and development to meet develop the needs of a city with a population of 1 million. Touchstone started Project V planning in 2020 and has been engaged with governments and all stakeholders for the long-term development of ​​a 143.90-acre land area over the next 15 years. The project will have a unique combination of urban and rural functions and aim to become the landmark commercial complex with the most environment-friendly solution in the rural growth node of Corman Park, which is the most important rural growth project in the P4G and SECP planning led by Corman Park.
